Because obammy has brought us such wonderful,  peaceful race relations. You prove yourself to be more of an idiot with every post. And you are really bad at math.  1865+150=2015. That's like now. So please introduce us to the "former" slaves. I have never seen a statistic but would bet that less than half of today's black population can trace ancestry back to slavery. Even if ALL of them were,  how is that our fault? My ancestors came here AFTER the Civil War and NEVER owned a slave.  Why should I pay reparations? Because we all know that is where this is headed. If us white Christians are dawned horrible, why are Africans lining up to migrate here. I'm not talking about the refugees either. Most of the blacks here now came after the Civil War too.

You want to make a difference go to Africa where slavery still exists and fight to stop it there and STFU about a long dead practice e here in the (used to be) BEACON OF FREEDOM AROUND THE WORLD.
