Boy Scout motto - be prepared.  And I sure you will be a proud little democrat who is unarmed, swamped and unable to protect yourself or your loved ones when looting and issues start from some officer involved shooting in your area, a local politican calling up the national guard to take away peoples rights as we saw in Lousiana (Katrina) with officers disarming the citizens regardless of looting or otherwise or when a the federal government gets too big for its britches.
