it was "can be" and "should be"  Not ridiculous, on the contrary, politically calculating.  The USSC has even stated in Doe v Bolton that "health" can mean emotional, financial, psychological, familial. and physical.  So don't keep falling back to the life of the mother and forget that she stands in favor of PBA for "health" reasons as well.  Comment on the following:
