It doesn't take much to figure out whose hands are in the cookie jar. Just look at the votes in Washington, DC. With 81% of the vote in it's 93% for Hillary and 4% for Trump. If Hillary is elected President, no one anywhere close to the White House wants to be accused of not voting for Hillary and be labeled a traitor. They want to share in the "fruits of victory" that they have become so accustomed to.
