They are probably part of the recount effort to prove to "someone" that Hillary really did win the popular vote.  But I really don't know what good that does them. I saw an article in the paper about how this will prove that Trump does not have a mandate from the people to make changes.  But that is silly, because once he is inaugurated, he'll do what he thinks is best for the country.  I don't expect him to make good on all of his campaign promises in the first year, but I don't see him pandering to a liberal agenda either.  I have been heartened to see some of the excellent people he is picking for his cabinet.  But, that said, I don't see Rudy Guiliani as a great Secretary of State.
