Putin - for figuring out how to get under Obama's skin

Obama - for staying in office 8 years and creating a healthcare system that was a total failure from roll out to providing insurance that is affordable but unseable.  He should get extra points for involving himself in local law enforcement issues and proving once again what a racist he really is.
