I had to re-sod my front yard in B'ham back in 2013 and Gardner did the job.  They were high priced compared to others but I could never get other contractors to call back or give me an estimate.  I guess everyone else had all the work Gardner was too expensive for.  Once they sodded my yard he wanted me to sign a yard-care contract.  Pushed me a couple of times til I made it clear I didn't want it.  Yard looked great but was expensive.
