page 3 4-13 must be a joint written request 

page 3 14-22 it it votes to terminate  a review then the committe and the person who was subject gets a report.

page 4 20-24 no more anonymous hits

page 5 1-12  can not investigate in secret must tell someone they are being investigated.

page 5 21-25 rules only apply going forward, can not be used for past congressional misdeeds - they must be under current rules.

 page 6 1-8 no leaking to the public (unles authorised by commitee on ethics )- might cause problems with a prosecution down the road

page 6 14-25 if its criminal it goes automatically to committee on ethics
