friend said his single daughter received letter saying her premium was increasing from $287 to over $500 monthly ; she was told to "reapply" under new subsidized guidelines; did & received letter saying her new premium was now ZERO

--all thanks to U. S. taxpayers; she is fully employed making approx $40k yearly
