Yes and people who are registered to vote in two states should be investigated, to see if they did vote more then once.  Which as Bannon has been investigated by your lame stream media and has been pronounced to not have voted twice.

This August, Moschella's name came up in a sweep of voter registration records by the New York Daily News, which found that he and 46,000 other New Yorkers were registered to vote in both Florida and New York. Moschella also had the bad luck to answer the phone when the News reporter, Russ Buettner, called. So, his name appeared in the paper's Aug. 21 story revealing that in the 2000 election between 400 and 1,000 of these double-registrants voted in both states.

Other investigations revealed similar results elsewhere. The Orlando Sentinel found that 68,000 Florida voters are also registered in Georgia or North Carolina (the only two states it checked), 1,650 of whom voted twice in 2000 or 2002.  The Kansas City Star discovered 300 "potential" cases of individual voter fraud, including Kansans voting in Missouri and St. Louisans voting in both the city and the surrounding suburbs.

Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections. Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.

I am very suprised that you would want to continue harping on this and bring so much attention to is since the Washington Post in this 2014 article has indicated that democrats and Obama himself won more then 80% of the votes of non-citizens.  So I am sure there may be the bad republican here or there that may get caught up in this investigion, which could call into question the legitimacy of President Obama   

I am sure you want to have the most honest election possible, and that closing the loopholes that allow people to commit such fraud against our elections which highlighed above could have affected the electoral college counts for Obama as well as the possibility of altering congress and its abililty to pass Obama care.
