Dont have a problem with someone who comes through proper channels.

If some jackwagon comes onto your property and just starts camping - do you have a right to consider it tresspassing and have law enforcement remove him / her?  In a nation of laws you do, under open borders you are a racist if you do not allow him access to your home for showers and allowed to come inside on cold and rainy nights.  

Not to mention if he gets hurt tripping over a pinecone, you should have to pay his doctor bills and he has the right to sue you because you did not take care of your lawn properly.

If he is using your yard as his personal restroom you get jailed and fined for unsanitary living conditions.

The legal immigration process may take time, and the numbers per year limited - but its better then having the constant worry that your family will be torn apart through deportation.
