  Just like the Lake Hill property it has been planned for years. They actually sent out notice years ago giving tenants a clear out date, but then the economy collapsed and they put it on the back burner allowing those still there to stay. By that time very few remained, mostly just the a Tualatin waterfront sites. It used to be full but if you ride through now it is basically empty. I haven't heard anything lately but apparently they are ready to move forward with development. There is not that much waterfront there. Not sure how many mini-mansions and starter castles they can fit in there. Maybe they will just put in millions dollar "cabins" to be able to fit more in.
