The difference is that she took the 5th after statements, and she actually admitted that the IRS was doing something wrong, and it led back to her office.

Flynn - we will wait to see what evidence that they actually produce that he did something wrong.  So far I have read that before he took money he briefed his superiors, and briefed them afterwards.  So far he is guilty of not filing some paperwork, big difference to weaponizing the IRS to go after political enemies.

So by your logic I once had a parking ticket so should be executed because I broke a law but John Hinckley Jr. also broke a law so I should get life in prison or the chair even though he attempted to assassinate Reagan.
