We saw a lost/abandoned dog just below the dam this morning. Lab or lab mix, mostly brown (he was covered in mud, so his real color might be something else), very skinny but almost friendly enough to catch... but not quite. He obviously used to belong to somebody, so hopefully that means that there is somebody out there still looking for him.
