Can you point out where Martini was saying he wanted the Government to pay for the donut hole?  He said how about giving people a choice vs holding a gun to their head when they are forced to go into Medicare.  

Now if we can get a government study to look at the hole in your head .. well even then I would not want the fed involved, The librards would probably want to call the donut hole between your ears a national monument due to its size.
