ACA is imploding long before Trump and there is not any D's who wish to change a thing about it, or else they could have spoken up, but they prefer to lock step vote.  Let it die on the vine.  They passed it in secret along mostly party lines.  They own it.

Republicans attempt to roll it back, and the d's said no along with the expected R's.  As more and more of it is implemented through 2022 and the full pain of ACA is realized.
