Instead of bitchin, why doesn't the Wizard explain how it should have been handled????  Houston is not like Dadeville dude, there's 2.3 million people in Houston and 6.4 million in the entire surrounding area including Houston.  Roads can't handle all that traffic. And, how do they all get back into the city? Imagine 6 million in cars and the cars are floating or motors are flooded. They are doing the best they can telling them to stay home.

If 6 million were stranded on the highways with water in there car, you would be complaining they should have stayed home. You are just bitchin cause the Mayor is a Democrat.
