   I enjoyed reading that but must point out that he used 36" of rain in his calculations and last I heard Houston has already received 49"so about 30‰more than used in his calculations with more still falling for the next 24 hours or more. I would love to see the updated calculations when the rain stops and the totals are.

  On another note if I rated the weeks of my life the one spent in Port Arthur, TX would definitely be very near the bottom, if not on the bottom. But most of that was the company I was forced to keep that week. If it were up to me I would shop in a few boxcar of tide and clouds to cleanse the whole area. But I felt the same way when Katrina hit NO.
