I'm not sure what type carbuerator you have, but if the float bowl has a screw in the bottom that you remove tp take off the bowl, if you haven't done so, you need to look at the screw, and if it is the type that has a "small" hole in the end and another hole in the side where the threads are, that might be your problem. Both holes have to be open for the engine to run. Insert a small wire or "pin" into each hole to make sure the holes are not clogged up. The holes are actually open to each other and they must be "open". I assume that since you have already had the bowl off that you checked these two holes. If not, I have found this to be the problem on many occasions. In fact, I have a small portable generator that I repaired yesterday and that was the problem. Hope this helps!
