For what it will cost me to get it fixed, I'll need the wine.  Seriously, my dogs never go in their yard that I have been aware of.  We are surrounded by woods, mostly acres and acres of Alabama Power land.  

I'm pretty sure they know that we are horrified and sorry about what happened.  We've lived here with our dogs 10 years, and this is the first time anything has happened.  WE have apologized profusely and have not tried to duck responsibillity.  Not only that, but I don't want my dogs in their yard, becasue they use True Green chemicals on their lawn.  I have a Garmin tracking system and my dog will be wearing his collar, so I can keep track of him.
