Name:   4PAR - Subject:   Buoy ?? Date:   10/18/2017 3:40:25 PM

This huge buoy, or whatever it is, floated up to our place on the Coosa County side of the lake, over a month ago. It’s 2.5 to 3 ft. tall and 4-5 ft. across. It’s made out of fiberglass and styrofoam. Anybody have a clue what it is, where it might have come from, and what the heck I can do with it?
