1/  To try to compare hiring and employee with who does or does not come into the country is not a valid comparison.  they are NOT decisions that are comparable...oranges and apples etc.  Of coures you hire the best and most available and most willing and most qualified employee for the job available and a lot of employers will tell you that such employees that are interested in the jobs going begging are from somewhere else.  Now, if you really want to stop illegal immigration start throwing so CEO of construction. landscape, food processors, corporate farmes, etc asses in jail and see the results.  Of course also be ready to pay higher prices for literall everything!

2/  Any woman who has multiple children by multiple fathers in order to milk the system needs to have her sorry ass arrested, tried and jailed.  She is a criminal in my opinion and if the laws disagree with that opinion then the laws need to change...the GOP runs everything in DC today, even the SC, so you better start contacting your congrressmanl!  Of course you didn't say if she is an immigrant or not.

3/  Look at absolutely any, and l mean any, un-biased analysis and you will find that immigrants, legal and illegal pay far more in taxes and bring far more economic benefit than they consume in government services.  Facts are still facts.

4/  This nation is aging very radidly.  Our workforce is shrinking and unless we make Speaker Ryan's suggestion thet we start having more unprotected sex to increase the birth rate we will soon be unable to provide the warm bodies to do even the good jobs let along the bad ones.  Unless you want to completely give up Socfial Security you better be hoping people of all stripes still want to come here.
