And guess what...the 2d amendment guarantees your right to bear arms...it does not guarantee the right to have unlimited access to ammo, or to not have a requirement for a license attached to ammo purchase, or that ammo will not be subject to taxation. None of these actions would change your right to own a dame gun but Katy bar the door if anybody suggests any of them be implemented!
Maybe we should allow the 5th to have a tax/permit. Just think of the money the US treasury could make off of politicans and criminals!
Due process permits? Voting permits/poll taxes? Relgion permits? Speedy Trial/move to the front of the line permit?
Anyone else have some good ideas of which amendments / rights should have control/tax/permits?? The debt could be paid off quickly!!!!
