One piece of the tainted DOJ department puzzle is the scathing report from Rosenstein that was provided as the reasons for Trump to fire Comey.  Why?  Has anyone sought to figure why one of the anti-Trumps would tattle on the other.  Could be some inter fighting but I offer this:  The Insurance Policy called for Trump to be discredited and never elected, but once elected the Russian probe (cooked up) could proceed so much better with Special Prosecuter than with Comey leading it.  So they decide best to offer Comey to get Mueller, and then Comey could write a book and try to further discredit Trump that way.  And with Sessions out of the way it would all work, with the phony dossier, a FISA judge that was symphatetic to their cause, and all the anti-Trumps that Mueller could pull in.

Also, the way McCabe processed thru his final couple of years is typical of so many in law enforcement.  Sure there a so many good guys and gals, but many, many have the attitude (whether small town sherriff or cop, or high ranking DOJ) that they are RIGHT, whatever they need to do to get someone is OK, and just get out of our way.  Reading the OIG report on McCabe is amazing.  Whatever it takes to get to the desired outcome, which in so many cases is determined before the actual facts of the case get in the way.  To Kill a Mockingbird is alive and well in so many ways.

And to Mueller, and Rosenstein, and whatever judge they found to go after Cohen, I agree with so many that this better be a BIG deal.  No doubt Cohen is a wheeler dealer, and no doubt he has a fire for documents and a hammer for a server (where have I heard that before) but seems that court orders and subpeonas for documents would suffice for the alledged charges so far.  If guity of wrong doing then I am all for justice, prison time and retribution, if called for.  But I am also ready for Sessions, his Utah DOJ guy, or someone to get to the bottom of the DOJ misuse of Power.  Get on with any charges against Trump, against Trump associates, but get on with investigation and charges against Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Ohr, Strok, Page, Lerner, Holder, Clinton, Rosenstein, and the list goes on and on.
