The only difference is one of scale.  I can assure you if they were arresting large numbers of U.S. parents with kids in tow along the border for some crime they would be forced to use the very same type of facilities to house kids until they can find a relative to take them or arrange foster care.  Imagine how much harder it is with some family from Honduras that doesn't speak English and the only relatives in the U.S. are also illegally here.  You seem to foolishly think ICE can wave a magic wand and find a place for all these kids like the police do with the occasional similar situation.  That is why you are so clueless and why your posts are so dumb on this issue.  The only difference is one of scale and like a typical progressive you only believe in the rule of law when it suits you, which is rarely.  Facts, logic and reason instead of emotion Goofy.  Give it a try some time, it's liberating.

If you don't like the law write a letter to your Florida congressman and demand it be changed.  Cruz's proposed legislation sounds reasonable to me.  Keep em together, ajudicate their case quickly and then ship em home.  Of course that's not what the left wants.  They want more underclass Dem voters to keep them in power as long as they can suckle at the govt teet.  As for me, I'm a little tired of paying for that.....but then again, maybe that's because I pay taxes.
