Agree on the gutter helmet - Good investment

Only thing I would warn about, I know someone who called and the subcontractor came out and installed one, that subcontractor is no longer in business or doing gutter helmet so when the homeowner called to have it worked on since the mesh had pulled free in several places on a 4-5 foot section allowing debris where it should not. Gutter Helmet would not have someone come out and work on it or look at it to see if it was under the lifetime warrenty - your mileage may very.
