It's red meat to their socialist base.  They have pretty much given up on middle America and have decided their success lies with the malcontents of society.  Time will tell if they are correct.  But the best part for me is that at the end of all these theatrics he will be confirmed, probably without one Democrat vote.  Then they can really lose their minds.
