And they can thank Harry Reid for exercising that first nuclear option, inviting the second nuclear option and putting it so that a simple majority will confirm.  It is all in accordance with rules that were put in place using the rules that were already in place.  Unlike many in the past Harry couldn't restrain himself and chose political expediency over precedent.  I hope the Dems are happy with whatever political game it was that Harry played.  They certainly have to live with it.
