   Read Article V of the Constitution. It provides 2 ways to amend  the Constitution. Our founding Fathers provided, in their great wisdon, a second way. Should our government fail to do it's duty then 2/3 of the states can call a Constitution to propose amendmemt(s). This is totally separate from Washington. Then if 3/4 of the states ratify them these Amendments they become law. Some13 states have already passed such a resolution

   I believe it was never more needed than now! Lets Do It!
