BTW:  Do you have any idea what the percentage of the population of McDowell County WV is Hispanic or what percentage is addicted to opioids?  Check the census to see the current estimates of ethnic populations in the rural mountains of Appalachia and you will find they are a scarce as hen's teeth......WARNING-DIVERSION AHEAD!

BTW: I do not know the administrator of DeKalb Medical Center but spent an unpleasant Sunday evening with a bad leg injury and infection in their ER back in May and did not see a single one of my fellow patients that appeared to be Hispanic (or Asian for that matter).  All were white or black people who were speaking English as their native tongue!
