Exactly. When was the last fire reported in forests owned by Georgia Pacific or Boise Cascade? Or Weyerhauser? Forest floor management is a common and necessary practice for not only fire control, but for regrowth. Many of those houses in Cali were literally built in a forest with just enough brush removal to lay a slab. Good for Trump assigning blame to the likes of the Sierra Club who would rather protect critters than endorse proven fuel removal strategies (google root raking with bulldozers Archie) developed by those whose livlihood depends on it. But leave it to libs, who take his words and contort them to mean what THEY want it to mean.
