If you have an all male organization with all male leaders and there is sexual abuse what do you call it?!?!?   I suggest you read the PA grand jury report as well as the Jay report about the abuse in the Catholic Church.  Both are very comprehensive and cover all forms of abuse, same sex and opposite sex.  Bot show that nearly 90% of abuse cases are male on male.  What exactly do you call that problem?!?!?  

Honestly, I don't know why you refuse to accept reality. You think it's derangement on my part but in reality it is me simply following the facts where they lead and using logic and reason.  For whatever reason you are responding emotionally in contravention to the facts which is much more likely to be called derangement than someone responding logically to the facts.  When 3% of the population are responsible for a third of abuse cases one would logically assume that this 3% of the population may, for whatever reason, not be suited for roles where they are in a position of trust over children.  But then again, that's assuming you care more about children and not so much about appeasing some special interest group.  I care more about protecting children from predators.  You apparently care more about defending the community responsible for so much of the abuse.  If someone is gay and has never and will never abuse children then they too should not care if they also believe in facts, logic and reason.  Sadly that is in short supply these days and political correctness is killing our ability to address the real issue.
