And who is his lawyer?  None other than Clintonista Lanny Davis who literally has no expertise in this area of the law and is a political hack.  This is just how dumb a useful idiot Cohen is.  He hires a lawyer who gets him to act in the best interests of the #resistance rather than his own interests and the guy gets 3 years at some cushy federal prison with much more likely to come.  Had he hired competent counsel from the get go he may have done much better.  But as the lawyers like to say, that is moot.
