You continue to defend Trump, but your post is FAKE. There is no mention of $500,000 paid by Fusion buried in the article you posted. They simply hired Fusion to do some research.
From Martini: “Except buried deep in the article and with little fanfare it turns out that the payment came from none other than Fusion GPS, the firm illegally hired by the Hillary campaign to collude with the Russians to manufacture oppo research on Trump. So the guy was paid $500K by the Hillary campaign through their cutouts but the headline clearly implies he got paid by Trump as a result of the meeting. You see folks, this why the term Fake News exists and why it is so accurate.”
From article: Akhmetshin said an old friend was also working on the case: Ed Lieberman, a Washington attorney with a wealth of experience on matters related to Russia and post-Soviet states. Lieberman and Akhmetshin have known each other for more than two decades, Akhmetshin said, and the duo worked on behalf of organizations connected to a former Kazakh prime minister. Fusion GPS, the Washington research firm that commissioned the famous Trump dossier, was also hired to conduct research.
Maybe I missed it. Copy and Paste what you are referring to. If you can't find it...ask Puppet Phil to help since he is the research guru.
