It is being reported in the NY Times (the ''failing'' newspaper that usually get it spot on correct) that the new deal in the making will let Kim keep his nukes as long as he doesn't continue research or build any more.  I don't know about anybody else, but to me about the only thing more scary than a nation that is run by an unstable nut having 30 to 60 nuclear warheads is a nation run by an unstable nut that has thousands of nuclear warheads!!
