I still wonder did SCOTUS actually block it?  It was not decided illegal or unconstitutional... just that that they decided that the administration did not document appropriatly why they claim to want it.  Reminds me of Slick Willy and his definition of "is" is....

But still not seeing where they said it was unconstitutional or against the law to have the question.
