We can circle back in about 5 years and see if they actually change him.  It will be intersting once the Barr tab is looked into how much you desire to have him prosecuted after he leaves office will come to light - I have a feeling that things will be different in an actual court, with due process vs the one sided Mueller report and the fact that lots of things were not looked into.  Also Trump himself can open up discovery and have lots of documents produced and backed up by the court regarding how we got to where we are.

As with Harry Reids nuclear option - you may crow about the fact that Yes he can be "charged" after leaving office, but to get the conviction you have different hurdles.  While it is  possible to do - It may not work out the way you desire - much like Mueller.

And then you will also have the whole lets charge the outgoing/incoming administation with crimes - which will open itself to political revenge, much like what we are seeing from the Obama/Loser Clinton administration currently.

Maybe you will get your wish - but dont count on it turning out the way you hope.
