No problem with Troy internet on eclectic side. The freeze frames I believe are due to sun spots which are more frequent this year. I find that some channels are dependent on satellite signals which are affected by weather.

Got a houseful of grandkids with phones and the internet seems fine. Call technical assistance on Tuesday, they can check the line for you.
