Well, lets see. Over the last 35 or so years in California the Gvernors office has been about split - 20 or so years Repiblicsn and 15 or so years Democrat. nd the homelessness issue has persisred. Lets not blame it on either party - or divert the discussion to Atlanta. Its a problem that needs to be addfessed.
