No, we read the same transcript but obviously from a different perspective.  So tell me Archie, based on your standards were you likewise thinking Biden committed treason when he threatened Ukraine to withhold $1B unless they fired a prosecutor that happened to be investigating the oil company that his son was being paid $50K per month to be a Director?  And was it also treason when Pelosi and other Democrats threatened Ukraine to withhold funds unless they got to the bottom of the server farms and the hacking of the DNC server?  Both of those are a clear quid pro quo and nothing of the sort was in the transcript of Trump's call. 

And the Ukrainian president was the one that first brought up ongoing investigations, not Trump.  Needless to say the left will see what they want to see but I think a majority of Americans, including the much desired Independents are not going to see this as anything remotely close to what the so-called whistleblower claimed to have happened (i.e., mention of Hunter Biden 10 times, quid pro quo and so on).  It is no wonder this person hired a lawyer.  He or she can claim that is what they heard but that is perfect prima facie evidence of why the Democrats were foolhardy in rushing to impeachment based on a complete and total lack of actual evidence.  You would think y'all learned something from the Russian collusion/obstruction fiasco but apparently not.  Why is that?  Why the rush to impeach?  Why not focus on defeating him in the next election?
