I agree on the former.....on the latter, there will be only one impeachment attempt from 2020 to 2024 and it will be constant for the entire period.....one big, long impeachment unless the GOP gets control of the House which seems unlikely.  On the former, I suspect Durham may get come low level lackeys but they won't roll over out of fear of Arkincide.
