Of course he will plead the 5th, as he should.  They simply need to go through all their questions with his every answer being, "On adivce of counsel I am asserting my 5th amendment rights."  The better question is whether all of them, including Pencil Neck, will plead the 5th.  And just to be clear, assuming they follow the Clinton path it will likely not initially be open testimony.  It will be a deposition with the results provided to the jury (Senators).  Would be an interesting issue for Biden himself if he is called.  Pleading the 5th for him would be a disaster.  Having him testify would likewise be a disaster.  Letting him near your children would be negligent.
