In the final GOP debate in 2016 Trump was asked about his plans for Social Security.  He answered:

''Well first of all, l want you to realize that the Democrats, and l've watched them very intensively even though it is really very boring to watch, that the Democrats are doing nothing with Social Security.  They are just leaving it the way it is, in fact they want to increase it.  They want to actually pay more and that's what we are up against. And whether we like it or not that's what we are up against.  I will do everthing in my power to not touch Social Security, to leave it the way it is. To make this country rich again, to bring back jobs, to get rid of deficits, to get rid of waste and fraud and abuse, which is rampant in this country, rampant, totally rampant.''

Now it is one thing to sound nonsensical because you brain outruns and overloads your vocal chords, it is something else again to sound nonsensical because you are an idiot who doesn't know what the he!! you are talking about as evidenced by the fact that the bottom line answer to the question asked is to promise to do the same thing you have just condemned your opponent for doing!  That is mentally unfit for office!
