Since it was removed, it is history. More importantly, why did 40 GOP members vote against the revised bill? And, why did Moscow Mitch call for a recess? If he and the Right really cared, they would be in DC waiting for the bill.

From NY Post "The House easily passed a bipartisan coronavirus aid package early Saturday morning after intense negotiating between Democrats and the Trump administration.

The bill passed 363-40, with 40 Republicans voting against it."
