Instead of just approving version 3.1 of the CARE act to increase the PPP funding by $250B they have once again blocked cloture so they can add a whole bunch of other crap not related to this provision.  I hope small business people tell the employees they lay off in the next two weeks that they could no longer wait on the PPP funds that were delayed by Senate Democrats.  One more despicable and cold hearted act on the part of Democrats.  Wait until v4.0 to talk about these other things and get or keep people working you heartless bastards!
