They can serve more then just the people pulling up outside to get takeout.
so the carryouts + few inside = more then just inside. Reopening with some restrictions lets some people go back to work if they feel that they can. Somethings you just do not want to eat in your car or if you are having to go any distance will be cold.
Worst is going to be people with young kids. Daycare is also limiting/restricting so they may not be able to go back anytime soon unless they have family or someone who can watch the little ones.
Already heard that several restaurants including some large chains have already made decisions to never reopen some locations.
Logans steak house in Leeds is not going to reopen and have heard that at least 3 restaurants in the Pell City area will not be coming back.
