The prohibition is for hospitalized patients were patients are seriously sick.  The French study involved the cocktail of three medications once tested positive on an Outpatient basis for 6 days only.  

trump took the medication for 6 days along with zinc as the protocol suggests.  Three are three studies due later this year, one of which will show if its success as a preventative for healthcare workers (which is being taken by hundreds of thousands doctors and nurses throughout the country.)

so I'll wait before saying you are correct.  But your post suggests that it doesn't work when prescribed incorrectly (inpatient) and/or without the other two meds in the cocktail, especially zinc.  Finally, if it is dangerous my wife would have been dead decades ago!  But enjoy spreading half baked truths.
