I think archie is hoping to get anyone who is infected onto a ventalor since the majority of those are dying,  that way the death #s go up and he can claim that is evidence against Trump.  Antifatech is suffering.  You can tell when he breaks out the "Groppenfuherer" but since he gives the pass to Finger Cramming Joe you can tell he is just in pain and lashing out.  Hopefully his bananas are fully ripe and digested before Trump wins his second term because that is when I think he will really come unhinged.
