   A great book on mob control is "Kill or be KILLED" BY Col. Rex Applegate. In there he describes the old communist tactics for inciting and controling a riot:

 1) Find a martyr about whose emotions can be raised to a fever pitch.

2) Planned violemce is mob action which can be characterized as a form of guerrilla war. All agitation is done behind the scenes just waiting on an incidentusing the uninformed and exitable teanagers, studentsand the gullible to form the body of the mob. Then things like piles of bricks appear at strategic locations.

3) Mob action is throughly planned in advance with mass meetings, printed signs and leaflets prepaired. They generate the most provocativeand incindiary propoganda. Then a campaign of discrediting the police and military to render them incapable of action. 

4) Agitators and funds are provided and anything else to  provoke the mob. If not stopped early mob tend to grow.

5) Then there are comanded and a cadery of leaders and of messengers, the cheering section is assembled and rehearsed. 

6) Their handbook contains drawinga of how the mob to be maneuvered by agitators. It is well planned in advanced. Also as things get very hot the leaders vanish leaving the "usefull fools" to take the heat.

   This is a brief outline of the instructions I recomend anyone interested ahould get this book. It is eye opening!
