Study of 100,000 people in India that took between one and three doses of HCQ after being exposed to Wuhan virus carriers (described as close contact) resulted in an infection rate of between 0.1% to 0.2% which is well below the magical 1.0.  The authors did not detect any negative health consequences. They have recommended that HCQ be made available over the counter.  But this must be wrong because Orange Man Bad, right?
